I have to pinch myself: do I really teach hot yoga in Berlin for 24 years? Many things have changed and nowadays we have a new generation of yogis in our studios which prefer 60 minutes classes and hot pilates. Es ist faszinierend zu sehen, wie sich diese Praxis entwickelt hat und welche positiven Effekte sie auf das Wohlbefinden haben kann. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, wie Sie die verschiedenen Aspekte beleuchtet haben. Ich habe mir auch ein paar Punkte notiert, die ich für mich später noch einmal durchgehen möchte. Das ist eine tolle Idee, das so aufzubereiten. Was mir aber ebenfalls sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, ist die gründliche Recherche, die hinter diesem Artikel steckt.
