Hier deine Chance in einer Special Class (es gelten unsere normalen Tickets) unter professioneller Anleitung der Yogalehrerin und Artistin Petra Lange dich nach einem spielerischen Warm-Up auszuprobieren. Dabei näherst du dich Schritt für Schritt dem freien Handstand, sowie ersten Variationen und „Shapes“. Du übst erstmal allein, dann mit Wand und auch mit einem Partner. Gern kannst du dafür ein extra Handtuch mitbringen. Sonst brauchst du keine Vorkenntnisse, doch es ist empfehlenswert, eine Planke mindestens 30 sec halten halten zu können. ENGLISH: Have you always wanted to try the handstand? Here is your chance to try it out in a special class (our normal tickets apply) under the professional guidance of the yoga teacher and artist Petra Lange after a playful warm-up. You will approach the free handstand step by step, as well as the first variations and “shapes”. You practice alone first, then with a wall and also with a partner. You are welcome to bring an extra towel with you. Otherwise you don't need any previous knowledge, but it is recommended to be able to hold a plank for at least 30 seconds.
