SUMMER’S OVER. THE TEACHERS ARE BACK.⚡️
Aktualisiert: vor 3 Tagen
Berlin, we’re turning the heat back up — and expanding the schedule with high energy, new classes & plenty of sweat.⚡️
RICARDA @ricarddaaa is BACK!
Hot Pilates at Sunyoga Fhain restarts now at Mondays 12:30pm. Let’s gooo.
🔮 CRYSTAL @crystallizedflow
is returning from festival season and bringing NEW heat to Fhain:
NEW – Thursdays, 7:30pm 🔥 Hot Candlelight → from Sep 17th
NEW – Fridays, 1pm 🔥 Hot Core → from Sep 18th
And yes – her beloved Hot Yoga ritual is BACK on Sundays at 1pm from next weekend, Sep 13th. 🕯️🔥🌞
STEPHAN is back too at Sunyoga Xberg!
Wednesdays, 12:15pm Hot Classic60 → from Sep 9th
NEW Wednesdays, 2pm Hot Flow & Breath → from Sep 30th
Find your rhythm. Breathe. Start with some vinyasa style yoga and finish with activating breath work. A light body workout in mild heat with moments to challenge yourself and moments to relax while moving supported by the music and the warm room. This sets us up for an exploration of altered states and a great reset for the second half of the day.
🧘🏼♂️ ERIKA @erika_feat_yoga takes over at Sunyoga Xberg:
Saturdays, 12.15pm Hot Pilates → from Oct 3rd on.
NEW – Fridays, 8.15pm Warm Yin & Yoga Nidra → from Oct 2nd.
Let your weekend begin with a full exhale. This Friday evening practice guides you from Yin postures into Yoga Nidra, a guided journey through deepening states of consciousness that lets your body complete its own physiological reset, easing you out of “fight or flight” and into genuine recovery. By the end, you’ll feel as though you’ve slept for hours: renewed, unwound, and ready to actually enjoy your weekend.
🌸 LARA Sundays, 7.15pm Hot Candlelight returns to their beloved Kreuzberg classes from October.
Basically… the gääng is coming back, the schedule is growing, and it’s just getting better & better.
Berlin, bring your mat.
Bring your sweat.
Bring your energy.
Let the light crack you open! 🌞⚡️

I remember standing on the porch, the sun dipping low, and thinking how the sound of kids’ laughter would soon be replaced by the rustle of textbooks and the hum of classroom chatter. The next morning, my son’s backpack was slung over his shoulder, and his nervous grin reminded me of my own first day back in high school, clutching a brand‑new planner and feeling both excited and terrified. https://www.scener.com/@valentingauthier It’s funny how the transition feels like a tiny rite of passage each…
